Aflex Pty Ltd is Australia's leading manufacturer of metal expansion joints. Their products are manufactured at their Sydney facility and used in commercial construction, engineering and infrastructure projects internationally.
The challenge
Aflex needed a system that could handle the full complexity of engineered-to-order manufacturing - bespoke calculations for every product, automated drawing generation, strict material traceability, and an audit trail strong enough to make ISO 9001 compliance effortless rather than a burden.

The system continues to evolve alongside the business year after year.
